GTX650 works together with APU with vega8

We can use both the iGPU and the dGPU at the same time.
Some softeware can use CUDA for better performance.
Some software are opimized to AMD GPU
So we can get the benefits both.

Thank you ! it works very well with msi a320m-a pro max + ryzen 3 2200G + gtx 650 Ti now my system is smarter than before, APU for youtube or movie player, GTX for gaming.

this is not my daily PC. It's just an extra one for hobby. the MB is Asus B450 Dragon. you can find its specs on ASUS website. It's for OEM only. I bought it from taobao.com at a rather low price.

hello , please can you help me , i need to connect 2 monitor on my vega 6 and one monitor in my amd hd 5000 , I did everything that is in the video , after that I have connected two monitors in vega 6 and one monitors in hd 5000 , but 2 monitor in vega 6 work and one monitor in hd 5000 not work , However when I go to device manager I find there is two gpu (vega6 and hd 5000)

Is the HD 5000 too old. I bought my HD 7850 in 2012. So I wonder when was the HD 5000 released? Besides, I haven't tested multiple display, yet.

I did it and it works BUT I can't use it. I have a GT710 and all I want for that 710 to do is nothing until I use it for OBS or Blender. Unfortunately the games keep using the 710 instead of the Vega 8. I already selected the games to use the Vega 8 in the graphics settings (windows settings) but still nothing. The only apps that follows my plan is Roblox, Blender and OBS. Still Thank you

Hi, so which brand of MB do you use? Have you updated the BIOS to the latest? Did you set the iGPU (maybe different names for differnt BIOS) as "primary" or "forced". Besides, did you plug the HDMI or DP cable to the MB (so the vega8 will be default) And some MB (Gigabye e.g), there's [initial display output] setting, make sure it's on [intergrated display] since you want vega8 to be the default.

@@LIUXIN I got a MSI a320m pro-e, I selected the IGD and Force it, and I connected DVI-D on the MB. Not sure if it's the latest version of the bios. And I don't know if there are more setting connected to the GPU/IGPU That's what I used last night The only problem is some games keep using the Dedicated GPU even tho I specifically said not to lol
