茜茜说得对；其实服务员两边都要兼顾，但比较有经验的才做柜台。不管是为客人服务或柜台。最重要柜台不能出差错。如果真的做了经理，还要很多幕后工作都是客人看不到的。但为了娱乐，也算可以啦 :D

Im very sensitive to heat and hot food. My heat tolerance is very low. It must have been difficult for them them to handle and serve that extremely hot boiling food.
