Basmati rice: 1/4 cup
milk 1litre
Jaggery 1 cup
cardamom 3 pieces
bay leaf 1 piece
salt 2/3 pinch
raisins 1 tbsp

আমার wife আলু ভর্তা আর ডিম ভাজি ছাড়া আর কিছুই রান্না করতে পারতো না। স্পাইসি বাঙ্গলা চ্যানেল ফলো করে এখন আলহামদুলিল্লাহ অনেক কিছু রান্না করা শিখেছে। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ এরকম মজার মজার রেসিপি শেয়ার করার জন্য । আজকে আমি এই রেসিপি ট্রাই করবো বউকে সারপ্রাইজ দেওয়ার জন্য :)
