You said that maybe that guy was making a joke at your expense, but actually not! He just made a local joke, he said: “This is Guadalajara… well yeah I know this actually is Tonala”. So don’t worry, he didn’t joke at you actually I think everybody loved you 👍🏻 I can translate all the things he said if you want :)

Paramveer, you can split the 45 or 30 min long videos into 2 or 3 separate vlogs. That way people will get to see your vlogs in 3-4 days and will feel more connected as you'll become their go to vlogger and they won't have to search for other videos as you generally upload videos after a long duration of a week or so. Your vlogs are addicting and we feel connected . They're so raw and real!

In our culture, we also celebrate sradh but Western people said us backward while they celebrate Halloween ,

Day of the dead is celebrated all over the world on 2nd of November by Roman Catholics. Even in India we celebrate day of the dead in remembrance of our loved ones in Roman Catholic church. On that day we offer a mass at cemetery and light a candle where our loved ones are buried.

Most Hindus/Indians do not recognize that this is the same festival we celebrate as Diwali and Balipadyami on 26 October. The day after Diwali is Balipadyami when our own ancestors come down to meet us. We fire crackers to help them find their way back to heaven.
