Dear Haters, Justin is truly a really nice person, and you hate him just because he sang "Baby". Justin spends his free time helping people, you spend your free time looking up all of Justin's videos just to hate on them, instead of doing anything productive. You guys are pathetic, really. You literally have no life , if you seriously make an entire account dedicated to how much you hate Justin. If he's on your mind that much I bet you're probably secretly in love with him (just admit it already). Yeah , justin has done bad things but we all make mistakes that's part of life, if we didn't make them we never learn anything . The only difference between your mistakes and Justin's mistakes, is that your mistakes are publicized to the entire world. You don't have to like him or his music, you just have to respect him, because he is a human being. Its a lot of pressure with the whole world watching but he's doing the best he can. oh my gosh I was like shaking while watching this his voice is like heaven but I am so glad he's helping out the people that don't have barely anything but still manage to have a smile on their faces

2015 is the year where people started to see he is a good person. they believe that he used to be an arrogant person who only cared about himself but decided to change his personality/life around this year in 2015. yet this video was posted in 2013. what i'm trying to say is that justin bieber has always been a good person ever since his career started, ever since he was born. he never purposely treated anyone rudely or with disrespect. sure, there are videos of him acting rude or arrogant but he didn't mean to act that way on purpose. he never tried to hurt anyone on PURPOSE. i'm sick and tired of people saying "wow i'm glad justin is starting to change into a good person now" because that is not true at all. he ALWAYS cared and loved everyone except this year, he tried a different way to show it

I'm not a massive fan or belieber or anything but I think your latest music is very good and I also think haters should cut you some slack. You're young, only 19 and you make mistakes just like everyone else but you're in the public eye and that's why it's all over the media when you do something people frown upon. But you'll grow eventually and mature and I do think you have a good heart, you have proven that on numerous occasions, like in this case with helping out for the Guatemala community. It shows what a good hearted spirit you really have and that you genuinely want to help those less fortunate than yourself. My family is from Guatemala, it's a pretty poor country. Luckily my parents came to the US over 50 years ago, so I was born in the states. They aren't from the poor side, but from the city; however, many people from Guatemala are extremely humble due to the surrounding poverty. My family doesn't throw anything away, everything we don't need gets sent back to Guatemala because as my grandmother says "someone will need it." They appreciate the things we don't.
