yes its true ۔۔herbals are useful a lot ۔۔۔లేతజామ ఇగురులను +కొద్దిగా పటిక గోరెచ్చని నీటిని పుక్కిట ఉదయం,సాయంత్రం పడితే చాలా మట్టుకు పుప్పిపండ్లు,దంతముల కదలిక తగ్గిపోతాయి.అడివి ఆమిదపు ఇగురులతో పండ్లు తోమాలి.పాలు లూజు దంతాలకు తాకియ్యాలి.రామ్దేవ్ బాబా పండ్ల పొడితో తోమాలి. పండ్లు పీకె అవసరంరాదు.
