This is completely wrong. This size would be way to big for this patient. Measure incisor to angle of the jaw (with guedel facing forwards) OR corner of the mouth to the ear lobe (with guedel facing backwards). Please take this video down so as not to confuse people.

Distance measured between angle of mouth and tragus area or from angle of mouth to angle of mandible both also correct only disadvantage we have is gag reflex would be present while u insert it....
