I love roses and I love Guerlain! Thank you for breaking down these Aqua Allegorias for us. The two AAs I have are Nerolia Vetiver (which I bought because of you!) and Pamplelune. Too bad you don’t like that one. Lovin’ your hair and nails!

Wow! You have the full complement of the rossa ones. 😂 I am on my third bottle of Herba Fresca. Love it. Used to have Nerolia Blanc, which was only limited edition. Neroli can go barbershop masculine on me so I gave it away. Hope you’re well, Wendi 😊

Hi Mamoni, I wish I loved Herba Fresca like everyone else does. You'd think I would, grass, tea, mint notes...I tried a long time ago but I felt like the perfume didn't do enough on my skin and faded too fast. Maybe I would like it now? I have an old one called Flora Nerolia and I LOVE that one.

Ah finally someone else who doesn’t get the hype around herba Fresca. You know I haven’t had much luck with the aqua allegoria’s period. They were some of my first bottles when I started collecting hot and heavy 4 years ago. I got lys back then and it almost borders on nauseating. I try every couple of years to see if my nose has matured, but nope. And it definitely should be right up my alley. Oh well. I haven’t tried to get any more since the herba Fresca blind buy many years ago at this point.

HI Wendy. I only own two, Bergamot Calabria and Pamplelune. I like both very much but they are so short lasting I find I forget to wear them! I do like them in the hottest weather though and that is when I end up wearing them. Guerlain is my favorite house but this line is not one I buy a lot from because they are just so light for me and they are no longer as affordable. Thanks for your thoughts! Julia

I'm intrigued with Bergamot Calabria, the notes look so interesting with the ginger. And you are right they aren't quite as easy and affordable as they used to be, so I'm less likely to just randomly buy them. Thanks Julia:)

I liked the Rosa Rosa forte and Rosa Palisandro forte and checked your video to see if it would help me make a decision. Ha! 😂 Anyhu, I liked the Mandarine Basilic and Yuzu oud besides these two from the Aqua Allegoria line. I have somehow never purchased a single Aqua and save my $ for the L’art and La Matiere line which is about 4x as pricy unfortunately. But at least they are less linear, even the “easier” ones like Neroli Plain Sud. My queen however is Rose Barbare from that line.

The only Aqua Allegoria I have is Flora Salvaggia; I like it quite a bit.

Hi Rene! I liked ... parts of that perfume. Like I enjoyed the floral aspects but the solar notes felt overwhelming. It is a pretty scent though and that bottle is to die for.

How dare you not like Pamplelune! 😂 she’s my best friend. I like Rosa Palissandro. For me it’s a bit like… Santal 33. I guess it’s the rosy wood? But way more suitable for my taste. I love what coriander does.

I’m currently waiting on a sample of Oud Yuzu Forte and I’m so curious how it will turn out. I’ve heard completely different takes including comparisons to tires.
