Guernsey by motorhome, the first of a series about Guernsey showing how to get there, where to stay, the rules of the road and a glimpse of what Guernsey has to offer.
We show the ferry link and the websites of the 4 sites available and what each has to offer on this beautiful island. We also dispel the myth that you cannot enjoy Guernsey with a motorhome because of our narrow roads.
This is the first of a series about Guernsey as we are stuck here whilst Alan recovers from his operation and hopefully it will encourage people to visit the Island and enjoy what it has to offer as a place which is very British with a French twist, safe and cosmopolitan.

Great vlog . I'm living and working in the united Arab Emirates, I would love to come and work in the channel islands. I've tried many recruitment agencies,but apparently they want people with 5 year residency or with a work permit.

Thank you for the great vlog about Guernsey we came for the day when you could get there from Weymouth and had a fabulous day it was very misty to begin with but the sun burned the mist off and what a beautiful island , i want to come back one day . we found a lady in a small hut selling homesmade cakes but we forgot to find out where she was and she was on an inlet .

Yes I miss the Weymouth link. As for the cake lady I can only think of Petit Bot on the south of the Island. We will have some footage of there on a later vlog so you might recognise it. Thanks for watching. Sha

What can I say? I'm in Jersey later this week, sadly not for sightseeing, but it will refresh my memory, from a Donkey to a Crapaud! ( For those not from the islands it means toad, believe me it's a term of affection) Thanks for watching Sha
