I've had a few weeks to acclimatise and it's been great/stressful/fun/terrifying/disorientating. Life sure doesn't feel like it used to.

Are you normaly eating rn? MAYBE ITS TIME TO have some groceries at home. You're looking so skinny. It's looks nice, but I don't know if some nutrition issues could be a trigger. Maybe if you're not feeling hungry you could eat some seeds, nuts, almonds... I dunno whatever you like. And fruit juices. May you'll consider have an extractor juice machine. Just think about it ✌ do some research about the benefits of vegetable juices.. 🍆🍅🍃

I appreciate your concern :) I'm in my 40th year of life, and I'm well aware of the benefits of vegetables and a balanced diet. Lack of knowledge around diet has never been my problem; I struggle with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, and that's a head thing.. not a body thing. Yes it has a knock on effect to my seizures, perhaps not as much as emotional stress though, which is also what sets off the binging and restricting cycle. My neurologist is up to speed on all my various issues and potential triggers. We're working on it. But, yeah. It's not because I don't know what's healthy or how to eat.

@@espertron I'm trying to understand that. I already knew about your knowledge of healthy habits or vegetables, but maybe you wasn't remembering enough since you're focused on many other issues. Just in case.

@@espertron Sometimes we know but if our behavior is not related to our knowledge is like if we don't know at all. Pick your choices through the knowledge, instead of feeling or emotional states. Happy 4th floor stage. You still have like 2 o 3 weeks before 40, isn't?
