We didn't get all of these in Britain but we got most of them and my little sister (I'm '76, she's '79) made me sit down and watch them on Saturday mornings when my parents had a lie in. Despite this I only got a pathetic 6. I HATED the Raccoons!

One of my favourite memories as a kid is getting up early on a Saturday morning and watching Saturday morning cartoons it was a absolutely magical time 🧙 I wonder if kids still watch Saturday morning cartoons ?

@@quiznation5804 My sister loved Happy Days (I didn't mind because Suzi Quatro was sometimes in it). When my daughter was young I always tried to get out of the house on a weekend for a day out, Bath or somewhere, but we always watched "Dick and Dom in da bungalow" first on a Saturday morning. It was a mad British programme, I don't think you had it in the States, but it was very funny and I always thought it was made for hungover parents not children! Baby races...

Fishponds lady I’m British as well and I have most definitely seen dick and dom in da bungalow I know what you mean it was a kid’s show but the humour was tailored more towards a grown-up audience a very mad show indeed 🤪

I can't believe I accurately guessed Gummy Bears and C.O.P.S. also I'm super salty about the intro you did for Thundercats compared to the other greatest 80 shows(He-Man, Voltron, GI Joe, and Transformers)

Gummy bears had very memorable theme tune gets stuck in your head 😙sorry about Thundercats but after a few seconds it literally says the name of the show over and over again so I had to make it shorter 🥺

Really great list. I especially enjoyed that you included jayce & the wheeled warriors, and defenders of the earth as i find many tend to not really remember them. Think theres another one most people tend to forget that was worth mentioning though-Wildfire.

Maaaaaaan, I missed 17 out of 50, and of of the missed I’ve never watched, 1 I couldn’t stand, and 1 I’ve never heard of.

Sorry I’ve not seen robotech was it good ? But not to worry I will be doing a part 2 because I have had so many requests for cartoons that I didn’t include so keep your eye open for part 2 and thanks for playing 👍

@@quiznation5804 Season 1 of RoboTech is literally Macross(So yes, really good), also the only season of RoboTech I will acknowledge because I hated the RoboTech Masters and Invid Invasion arcs XD

As far as the two things in the background's connection, the original Nintendo Entertainment System is above the television set. On the other side of the Karate Kid headband is the Power Glove, an NES accessory that came along a few years later.

@@quiznation5804 Okay I see it now, Fred Savage is wearing the Power Glove in the poster for The Wizard. In that movie however, only Lucas uses the Power Glove, demonstrating it while playing Rad Racer: "I love the Power Glove. It's so bad."
