Red Bull originates from Thailand so saying Austria is a bit conflicting since it existed in Thailand before, but an Austrian man went into business with the Thai manufacturers and globalised it into the brand it is today (along with carbonating the drink of course) since ORIGINAL energy drinks were not carbonated (this syrupy type is still drank in Thailand today with many other local brands).

Red Bull is a little iffy. Technically the drink comes from Thailand and is called "Krating Daeng" ("Red Bull", surprise, surprise), the Austrians just made a partnership with the original Thai company and modified the recipe for the Western market.

Ummm actually, Red Bull was created when an Austrian man discovered the energy drink in Thailand called Krating Daeng. He teamed up with the originally Thai creator and adjusted the drink to suit the western tastes. The bull is a nod to the bull on the original Thai energy drink.

Red Bull is originally from Thailand. Krating Daeng literally means Red Bull. The founder of red Bull that we know was inspired by the Thai drink and created his own brand with a very similar logo.

The Snickers segment was WRONG!!! Snickers History Snickers were introduced in 1930. The candy was named after the Mars family’s favorite horse at the time. The nougat, peanuts, and caramel ingredients were a popular combination. The candy bar was sold as the Marathon bar in the UK and in Ireland all the way until 1990. At that time, the bar was aligned to be named the same thing as the US version. Mars briefly marketed another candy bar of a different type under the Marathon name in the US during the 70s, so the simplification of the name was intended to reduce confusion about the products. When Snickers was first sold, it caused a lot of controversy for the price that it was sold for. At the time, most candies sold for 5 cents. Snickers were offered at 20 cents apiece, which was held to be a ridiculously high price. This clearly did not hold the 30s candy bar back, but it did make quite a stir at the time and elevated the candy to a notoriety point that might have helped to increase attention on the product. Over time, Snickers became so popular that it was sold in different forms. There were Snickers minis, a dark chocolate version, ice cream products, and even protein bars added to the lineup of Snickers products. The UK required that candy bars be downsized with the Manifesto for Food and Health of 2004, and the king-size version of the candy was no longer sold there after that date.

A little bit of research would do you a world of good, y'know. I will concede that Mexico is responsible for tortillas and their chip-like form; that much is true. However, tortilla chips *AS WE KNOW THEM TODAY* were actually made by an American woman by the name of Rebecca Carranza. She cut them from rejected tortillas made by her automated tortilla making machine, fried them up, served them to guests at a party where they were a massive success, then began selling them at her restaurant, the El Zarape Tortilla Factory.

Always very fun to watch other people eat vegemite the wrong way ahahahaha. you don't put a spoonful in your mouth, its usually for buttered toast with a very light spread. Or like a pea size dollop on a breadstick. BUT there are aussies that are crazy with their servings and please don't follow them. Thats expert level (new game + hard mode)

For round 3, I guessed pretzels. My Grandma Hilda used to make German style pretzels when I was younger. I figured since they were neighbors, that would be it. Big crunchy outside, soft inside pretzels covered in sea salt. Just like the ones you get off the street vendors in NYC. I honestly thought donuts would be a French pastry thing.
