As a mk fan and a musician, I tried a more difficult version of this game: guess the song just based on the notes, without actually listening to it. It requires much more concentration but is still doable and fun!

The amount of joy I got from hearing Thwomp Desert it's so underrated and forgotten but honestly one of the best songs out of all of the games in my opinion.

Delfino Square, Waluigi Pinball, and Shroom Ridge were always firm favourites of mine. I feel like a child again whenever I hear them. I also love Coconut Mall (of course) and Koopa Beach! And don't get me started on the full band arrangements for Mario Kart 8... Nintendo has some of the finest soundtracks ever created (alongside the Club Penguin soundtrack - the coffee shop tune always gets me)!

10:00 I GOT THIS ONE CORRECT EVEN THO I NEVER PLAY DOUBLE DASH. I just knew for some reason it was a main menu song since it didnt sound like a track song and just guessed Mk double dash since I know all the main menu themes that are not SMK, MKSS, and, MKDD. It also sounded cleaner than an old song so I guessed it.

I will never ever forget Mario Kart DS Intro song and how if you let the screen sit idle at exactly 0:25 a Demo-Race would play with 8 COM Player and somehow Mario always started in 8th place :/ (I'm not kidding look it up)

I missed a few. I rarely play battle mode so I missed Thwomp desert. I recognized choco mountain and the DS title theme but I couldn’t guess them in time. And I know the menu theme for double dash but I rewinded the video to listen again and I still couldn’t pick it up

The only ones I didn't nail were the super circuit songs. I even got the double dash staff credits! I may have only heard that song once, but I could tell it was staff credits because of its vibe and I was able to narrow it down to double dash because I could here double dash's theme.

48/50 somehow got Luigi’s Mansion mixed up with Twisted Mansion, but somehow guessed Double Dash’s main menu despite never playing the game myself

I grew up on Mario Kart 5 and I’m glad to see that I still remember so much from that game

Jesus Christ man, #50 smacked me with a level of nostalgia so hard and unexpected I've not heard that song since I played the hell out of Double Dash as a kid, all those years ago, and yet I instantly recognised it and went "holy shit, this song..."

Also another thing: Everyone knows Waluigi Pinball for Waluigi Pinball, but the answers should also accept the Wario Stadium DS map as it also uses the song

2nd song is Yoshi Circuit from Double Dash, btw. This is more well known than just some circuit themes let's admit it. I also failed to guess a lot of tracks from MK8

I got 48/50. The 2 I got wrong were Mario Kart Double Dash's Menu theme and Staff Credits. It's ironic because Double Dash is the one of the only Mario Kart games I've never played.

AAARRGH! I thought for sure I would get them all! But I couldn't make out the Double Dash Menu and Staff Credits, and I thought MK8's Menu was Wii's! NOOOOOO!

NGL the inclusion of GCN Dry Dry Desert, DS Desert Hills & WiiU Bone Dry Dunes but the exclusion of Wii Dry Dry Ruins strikes me as odd.

When you are trying to remember anything under pressure its quite hard but you definitely know what it is

*49 out of 50* For whatever reason my mind thought Choco Island was Koopa Beach from Mario Kart 64. I paused on a lot of songs but I didn't hesitate with this and it was a fatal error.

I got 47 out of the 50. The ones I missed were the DS title theme (thought it was the DS Menu theme), Yoshi Falls (thought it was DK Mountain), and Daisy Hills (thought it was Rosalina's Ice World). I also technically guessed Figure 8 Circuit for DS Mario Circuit, but they share a theme, so I'm giving myself that one.

My 3 favourite tracks are: 3.twisted mansion 2.boo lake 1.wii rainbow road Every time I hear wii rainbow road I start to get nostalgia as the Nintendo Wii was my first gameing console and mkw was my first ever video game even, but now sadly my Nintendo Wii broke over 2 years ago and I'm still sad about it to this day, and it will be my favorite memory to when I was younger rip mario Kart Wii and galaxy 1 and 2(also I had skylanders trap team, so don't hate on me for likeing that game.)

I got 46/50! I'm pretty happy with that! I missed MKDS Title Screen, MK7 Main Menu, MKDS Mario Circuit and MKDS Main Menu.

I never would have recognized Hyrule Circuit if you hadn't told me. Zelda music just doesn't sound the same on the piano.

You tried me the first time with MKWii Rainbow Road making me think at the beginning it was the DS version only for me to be disappointed bu then track 47 came and you can’t imagine how much of a smile that put on my face.

I love how i know and recognize every single one from either rtro tracks or the og game and can tell what version but not the name

since mkds is the only one i ever got to play (besides the arcade), i can safely say i got most from it right along with the retro circuits

45/50. The ones I didn't get were mainly Menu Themes along with a couple of MK8 tracks that I forgot existed

I grew up with MK Super circuit and Double dash and later Wii and 8. Barely played DS and never played 7. So I got all the Super Circuit, DD, Wii and almost all 8 music correct. Also the credits music from double dash unlocked so many memories!

31/50 i can explain i knew like 90% of the songs besides a few double dash and DS songs because i never played thoses but I knew every other song that played I just couldn’t think of the name in time and it was way more harder since it was on piano. I did good for a casual mario kart fan i think
