Finn started using it in NXT after his heel turn back in 2016 the 100th anniversary of the Easter rebellion.

The Deadeye is Hangman's set up move typically, but he has used it as a finisher. Most recently, he put Adam Cole through the Table with it to win the Texas Death Match. Its the move where he picks them up in an Alabama slam type position and instead drops to his knees, almost like a tombstone. The Buckshot is the one that is much more of a finisher, and is much more protected as a finisher.

Some people have more than one finisher. The Coupe de Gras is Balor's primary finisher and the one he uses the most often, but the 1916 is like a secondary finisher that he doesn't use very often OR it just doesn't finish the match as often... or anymore lol. Maybe it could just be considered an old finisher of his or something. Either that version of that move or the inverted version used to be called Bloody Sunday if I remember right, when he was Prince Devitt. Could be wrong.

Guys, the Dead Eye was Adam Pages finish when AEW launched... He hangs a guy over his back in Alabamaslam position, but drops to his knees, giving it a piledriver effect... The Buckshot Lariat was upgraded from signature to finisher in the last year and a half or so.

The dead eye is hangmans 2nd finisher, but it rarely wins matches these days. The buckshot is his primary finisher that ends the match every time. Very protected.

Got all of them except for the Randy Orton and Pat Macafee one cause the finisher was for a tag team and not two separate people. So when he was in NJPW Balor used an elevated DDT and called it Bloody Sunday, a reference to the Irish Revolution. When he came to WWE he changed his primary finisher to the Coup De Grâce stop. He brought back the elevated DDT when he returned to NXT and it was called the 1916, the year of Irelands Revolution.
