OTT is an Irish wrestling promotion called Over The Top Wrestling and that match between Riddle and Ospreay is one of the best matches I’ve seen live, it’s up on their KZfaq channel for free too watch.

You guys should for sure watch old PWG shows and react to them. Almost everyone notable in wrestling today, in both WWE and AEW, have wrestled for PWG, with obvious exceptions to the WWE-only folks like Roman.

Yeah, never understood why people argue over 1 guys wrestling opinion and some act like its the true measurement of wrestling quality. Like, of course he is allowed his opinions but its just that, his opinion, with his biases like we all have. (His being loving japanese & AEW matches, and rating womens matches always low)

I watched Kofi v Cesaro on Main Event live back in 2013. The reason they probably included it is because Kofi won the United States Championship from (Antonio) Cesaro.

It’s crazy how many good Gargano matches there were in NXT. Cause there were 3 matches on there and it could’ve included any of the matches against Ciampa, or DIY vs. Revival, the 2 out of 3 falls match from Takeover Toronto which is still my favorite WWE tag match ever.

Will Ospray is truly a magnet for those 5+ matches, every time y hear about him its always about a banger match and indeed as son as I watch it, it always delivers and I dont even see a lot of wrestling outside of wwe, but that man is geniuenly something else

Osprey puts on fine matches but he could sit in a ring and pick his nose and Meltzer would give 9 stars and call it the greatest thing ever

@@tytyhullit's not just Meltzer buddy, he's getting praise from nearly everyone and rightfully so, Eric Bishoff who is usually pretty conservative said his match with Omega at Forbidden was one of the best matches he's seen. 14:43

I'm confused with Will he fought at London All In this year but than a few weeks ago he signed an AEW Contract making him All Elite wasn't he already All Elite in London

I was curious about him so I looked it up. If you exclude Royal Rumbles and Elimination Chambers, his best match was a Last Man Standing match against Undertaker on Smackdown in 2006, rated 6.58. His highest rated singles match is against John Cena at Judgment Day 2007, rated 5.30.

He is one of the most decorated Wrestling Journalists, really long in the Business and biased ( which isnt good tbh as a Journalist ) but we are all biased. It's interesting to see his Ratings, but in the end, we do enjoy what WE want. Great Quiz.

I think for the SCW title to change hands, you gotta win two in a row. First if to get your title shot, second is to win the title. That way it’s not changing so often and you can have longer reigns

you guys have GOT to start watching some more indie wrestling. i know theres plenty already just watching WWE and AEW but yall are missing out HEAVILY on old PWG stuff, along with promotions like CZW, GCW, and etc. PLEASE there is so much indie wrestling especially including current stars from their younger years in these indie promotions. matt riddle is Not the only guy who had a lot of his best matches on the indies

Kofi vs Bryan should have been five stars. Meltzer dropping the ball again. The fact those two Ospreay vs Omega matches got six stars and .Kurt Angle never once got a five star match invalidates Meltzer, his opinions and his star ratings.

matches in any other promotion than WWE are so overrated in terms of stars, but theyre always just knee/roundhouse/superkick spams, and not close to as good as a classic Jake the Snake match or smtn like that
