I am, you caught me😂 but I am also madly in love with Sevi and Christopher. With Andrew, It’s a little more obvious because he was super unexpected for me. It was never supposed to happen. (Him and I talk about this a lot.) we never went in to this with the intent of the women also dating the husbands. It was just supposed to me in Sevi dating. Then with dating the husbands there were no expectations of it becoming serious, just a bit of fun. So what you are really seeing is me still in the throws of NRE (new relationship energy) and sometimes it is also just me being still dumbstruck that him and I have a lot in common on things that I don’t necessarily have in common with Sevi and Christopher. (I have my own things with them, they are just different.)

So funny when she said someone said " Your just trying to have you cake and eat it to" and she shakes her head strongly saying "YES." Ha! we should all feel worthy of having what we want and even more. Such an old stupid saying that keeps people small and limited.

Ya, those who make that complaint are just so close minded and negative. What if I told you, that you too, could have a lot of things out of life. You just have to be open to the opportunity and not be pouting in the corner about what some one else is doing. Weird
@threestans9096

no, people who don’t understand the saying are stupid. it means you can’t HAVE as in, keep, possess, admire, AND eat it too. Eating it destroys it. It literally means you can’t have both. If you eat your cake, do you still HAVE IT? no. It has nothing to do with worthiness and all to do with the physical impossibility of possessing and destroying the exact same object 🤦‍♂️ it’s like saying “people want to have a spouse while still being single” you can’t have both. so before you try a stupid “gotcha”, maybe understand the basics of it first. It never had to do with feelings or worthiness. never.
@wierdo6669

Except in my case, the cake replenishes🤷🏻‍♀️ your version of the saying is also accurate. I just see it differently. That saying has been interpreted both ways. Seeing it one way or the other doesn’t mean some one is stupid or wrong or right.

@@wierdo6669 🤦‍♂️ if someone writes a 6 on the ground and you see a 9, you are not right just cuz your perception is wrong. The person had a specific intent and your perception does not equal reality all the time. Misunderstanding something does not equal “alternative understanding” And no, the cake doesn’t replenish, life isn’t a video game. That’s a different cake, it’s made of different atoms and made at a different time. if your child dies and you make a new one, the child didn’t “replenish”, you made a new one. Misunderstanding something and spreading it as a different interpretation is not a positive thing, ever. Just cuz a ton of people say the phrase “i could care less” doesn’t mean they are saying the right thing, and that it’s correct or a different interpretation..it’s just flat out wrong.

The kids aren’t bullied. They have let their friends know and none of their friends really cared. We are also engrained in a very accepting community. This video is actually the one and only video that the kids are named and have their faces shown. (Actually it’s the first time the adults even revealed their real names) on our TikTok and Instagram, we still blur the kids’ faces and refer to them by their ages. They are not allowed to have social medias, nor do the have phones or access to any internet with out supervision. We have the correct things in place to protect them. We share our story to normalize polyamory because it is becoming more and more common and shouldn’t be shamed.

So basically there are 2 bisexual women and 2 straight men, I don’t see it as a 4 way relationship. If the men are not intimate with each other then the circle is not complete, they’re basically 2 polyamorous couples living together, that’s it. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong but rather an unconventional way of living which might be right for some people.

I just didn't want to get mistaken for someone who doesn't belive in your relationships because of random hate, I'm just an impartial observer, I'm not hoping in anything but to gain new information about a so interesting topic, so, sorry if I'm not actively hoping for your relationships to last and if I'm not sending incouraging messages.

I mean, there have been loads of polyamorous relationships that have lasted a life time. Or bare minimum lasted many many years and are considered successful by those standards. They just are not talked about that openly. Obviously no one can predict any future. Just like any other relationship. Polyamory is not new, nor is it going any where anytime soon. In fact loads of folks who are only recently seeing that it is a viable option for relationship style are adopting it.

When their parents (or even some teachers) say there’s nothing wrong with polyandry and polygamy, but the church, the media, their friends, the society say “it is unacceptable and wrong,” chances are strong they’ll be inclined to side with everyone else over what they learn from school or home.

I watched this to appreciate how fellow poly people are helping to normalise polyamory and to support their relationship. But the negative comments disgust me. How people think they have a right to have an opinion on how others live their lives and use it to hurt others astonishes me. To the family in this video, I wish you all the luck and happiness in your relationships and you've done such an amazing job at raising awareness of other relationship dynamics that exist. To all the people purposely posting negative comments, you really don't have anything better to do than comment on a video, that you chose to click on, just to make yourself feel self-righteous? To make yourself feel like you're in the right for telling a happy and loving family that they are unhealthy and wrong? Take a second to look in the mirror and just think to yourself if you are in the wrong for hurting someone else

Anytime you post content on a public forum, people are going to comment their opinions. That’s how public forums work. It’s disgusting to think your opinions are the only opinions that others should had.

This isn’t for me but they seem to have a healthy relationship. The kids are good. I see some poly relationships that don’t have good intentions. Like they didn’t tell their partner they are cheating. Allow a person to choose before doing this that’s all I’m saying. I’m not against this it’s just not me. And that’s okay. If poly isn’t for you, don’t be something your not or bend yourself to be in a union that doesn’t serve you.

Good for them. I'm glad their relationships work out well, and the kids seem happy and cared for. I hope things continue going well for them. And much thanks to them for sharing their story and for the education. The only other time I'd heard of poly families were cases where it was based on "religion" and the men dictated everything. I'm glad this isn't the case here.

@Rena Nyappy, it is a sport reference. A boxing reference to be more specific. There are weight categories in boxing. Heavy weights fight with heavy weights. Middle with middle. Light with light. When one uses this reference whilst talking about things outside of boxing, they mean people of different leagues are suddenly thrown into the same “ring,” together. So someone very intelligent with someone less intelligent. Someone very successful with someone less successful. Someone at least a bit attractive paired with a dirty looking dumpster woman, a living potato with eyes and possibly an incel who got lucky. Just a possible example.

You should all be ashamed. This is no way to bring up children. If you want to be degenerates in your own time, sure, but keep it away from the kids. This is obviously not going to end well. Too bad those kids will be negatively impacted either way.

Pretty sure I have seen soooo many monogamous divorces that have WRECKED children. Like, wrecked generationally. We run a home that focuses on emotional regulation, supporting each other, and love. We have a commitment to the children. We are here for them at all times. We are able to achieve way more with four parents versus two. The kids get to where they need to go, have their needs and wants fulfilled no matter what is happening. (Even with one parent working and one that is sick. We still have a two or one parent ready to go.) The adults support each other and keep each other in check with all things parenting.

That is actually already the case. One male partner does in fact make much more than the other. The one that does make more actually set up our budget to where everything is equal (individual spending money, bills, food, fuel, etc.) It doesn't matter where the money comes from. We all work hard to raise the children and the children are also treated equally.
