Now, I'm sure you've all seen this idea done for different games like Rocket League and Valorant, so because Fortnite finally has its own ranked system, it is MY TURN to do the guessing. What I did was I tweeted out asking for you guys to send me some ranked Fortnite clips and gameplay, I also asked for your trackers, and all I'm gonna do is guess what rank you are in Fortnite only based off your gameplay! I’m silver 3 and was placed in it after my placement game(s). So, yes, it is possible to placed below gold. Every game I ever played with ranked I get silver. I’m cursed 😭.

@itsJerian the rank can be placed gold on a placement game. It is based on your passed gameplay. The highest you can get in the placement game is plat and the lowest is silver. If you make a brand new account it will put you in silver one. You de rank and go to bronze or climb to unreal.

for everyones info, most players regardless of skill were placed in plat and the ranking determination (given it was used mid season) is very bad. so all of this is pretty inaccurate except maybe diamond+/high diamond+ players.
