I remember actually seeing guest 666 2 times when I was nearly 10 years old. I just played random games about guest 666 for fun, and he joined the server. It was just a guest with number 666 which walked around. He had normal avatar and he just walked around, seriously. After a short while(30 seconds +-) he left. It wasn't made up by creator, because he was displayed in player list if you press esc. It happened 2 times in different games. I even killed him few times cuz there was weapons on the map. There was nothing mystical about him except his number "666". But I was really shocked when I saw him :)
