Recipe #1
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Oat Milk
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1.5 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Pinch of Vanilla Powder or 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (liquid)
1 Tbsp Crushed Chocolate
Toppings : Banana Slices, Crushed Chocolate (because you can never have enough!), Crushed Almonds
Instructions:
Combine 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1.5 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp cacao powder, a pinch of vanilla powder, or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (liquid).
Elevate the chocolate experience with 1 tbsp extra crushed chocolate.
Allow the mixture to set for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, give it a good stir again to remove any lumps, ensuring an indulgently smooth texture.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight, letting the chocolatey goodness intensify as the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
In the morning, unveil your masterpiece of chocolate delight.
Pile on banana slices, chocolate chips, and an extra generous sprinkle of crushed chocolate for the ultimate chocolate lover's experience.
Substitutions:
Milk: Feel free to use any plant-based milk of your choice.
Maple Syrup: opt for any sweetener you prefer; however, avoid honey when refrigerating or heating.
Cacao Powder : You can use 100% Cocoa Powder but remember it doesn't provide much nutritional Benefits

2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, and Nutmeg Powder
1/2 cup Cashew Milk
Toppings: 1 tbsp Almond Butter, Chopped Pecans, Cinnamon Stick
Procedure:
Combine 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp coconut sugar
A delightful mix of 1 tsp each of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and nutmeg powder. ( You can reduce to pinch of each if you don't like much spices)
Pour in 1/2 cup of cashew milk,
Let the mixture set for 5 minutes. Stir again to ensure a lump-free, aromatic blend.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the spiced liquid and form a luxurious chai Chia pudding.
Before serving, crown your creation with a drizzle of almond butter, a sprinkle of chopped pecans for a delightful crunch, and a cinnamon stick for added flair just for looks.

2 tbsp Homemade Coffee Powder
1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Milk
Toppings: Chopped Pecans
Instructions:
Add 2 tbsp chia seeds with 2 tbsp homemade coffee powder, Add 1.5 tbsp of maple syrup, Pour in 1/2 cup of milk,
Give it a good mix and let the mixture settle for 5 minutes. Stir again to ensure a smooth, lump-free texture.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the coffee-infused liquid and create a velvety pudding.
Before serving, top it off with a generous sprinkle of chopped pecans, adding a delightful crunch to your Coffee Chia Pudding.
