I don't see how you keep it together with people not holding camera horizontal, everything out of focus and the camera shot moving everywhere but where it is supposed to be! LOL I think you do very well in the patience area!--Of course you always do well in the knowledge area!

Dr Lori I've been watching you for years I love all the info I've gained from you and I've made so much money. You appraised 3 photogravure from edward curtis that I bought from a yard sale (with another big piece by popo and rubylee)for 23$ total! And you appraised them at $500 each I almost got taken advantage of because I had no clue who he was before your appraisal. Now I'm in love with his work and I ended up keeping the 3 and hung them. They look beautiful in my house

✔️✔️Love watching your videos Dr.Lori.... is there a video how to use the diamond tester...I got the loupe and diamond tester ( yes read the directions) but it keeps beeping no matter a diamond or zirconia....I know I’m missing a step...🤷‍♀️

Hey Dr Lori, Love your videos, I think you are an amazing wealth of information and an inspiration for us aspiring appraiser. I just wanted to let you know, I think when there is an echo, it’s because they have the video playing while live so you need to ask them to turn down the volume on their tv or device so you don’t get that echo. I grew up in a haunted house built in the 1700s. It was a large dairy farm with ten thousand acres. It was in Ohio and General Grant was marching to the river; he stopped with his men and they made the house into a hospital. Many men died in the house. My Mom and I would see men in the house many times. It was scary and I hated staying home alone.

Why are people so bad at doing video calls ? Echos, glares, horrible centering disconnections etc. it’s frustrating when you just want to learn and people don’t take the time of 2 minutes to test video/audio quality. It’s not rocket science people ITS A VIDEO CALL. thanks dr Lori for all the great info.

Is there a way to screen guests before putting them on live to make sure they have their cameras in the correct position, their items ready to display PROPERLY and with good lighting and their volume turned down? I really want to watch these "Ask Dr. Lori" videos, but I have to click off every time. It's really annoying, and disrespectful to you, when people can't be prepared for this show. I do watch all of your other videos in their entirety, though. Thank you for all of your valuable information!

I agree it's a bit off putting, but I appreciate that this platform is open to the general public. Many of us are not that "tech-y". It encourages those of us who are novices. Love that Dr.Lori has patience for the most part.
