When he's old and his sons don't respond to his calls or feel comfortable talking to him about their lives, it'll all hit him but it'll be too late. Hope he gets his act together before the kids grow up and start holding grudges against him.

The husband in the first concern is definitely the reason why marriage scares me and I have trust issues, like she was at my age when she met him. ' OMG I can't imagine x))))

The last concern aggravated me a lot as well. "You have to do chores because you're a girl." Then does this give men the privilege to not do chores and be lazy? Smh. I got so frustrated and annoyed, they're too biased towards men. I feel bad for her, I don't know how I'd be able to live in a household like that, especially after her mother passed away. Just, gosh this was frustrating. The brother was just there as well. They complain that she doesnt do chores well, but they don't do them well either! Plus, if they didnt like the way she did the chores, then they should've just done them themselves. I'm glad her sister is a bit understanding even if she keeps quiet (but I think it's mostly due to her being young.). Hitting/Violence shouldn't be okay either, Idg why the father was okay with the brother hitting his sister.

The first concern really gets me man. It's so sad she and her sons have to go through all of this, and it's cruel and selfish of the father on soooo many levels. His sons will hate him when they are older if he keeps on acting this way. They'll see the way he treats their mother and feel the lack of love he should feel for them, and start to resent him. The saddest thing is that, as I understand it, it's really hard in Korea for a divorced woman to get the ex-husband to pay for his children's upbringing if he doesn't feel like that (to be fair, that's sadly shockingly hard in many countries, including my own), and from what I've heard the government aid for single moms over there is a joke. So that sadly might be a big reason why she still hasn't ditched his sorry ass, even though it'd probably be better for both her as well as her children in terms of emotional and psychological well-being. I really hope she'll find a solution and that her situation changes for the better.

She said she had a miscarriage before the last son was born and while the miscarriage her husband was dozing off, that was how her husband was then why did she get pregnant again? I can relate to the girl in the third concern so much. Im the eldest out of 3 children, and I’m only one that does all the chores. My parents just expect me to do it. My brother is a year younger than me, and my parents make me clean his room. Whenever I object to cleaning they take my phone and laptop for 2 weeks minimum. It’s so sexist and unfair. When I complain that I’m the only one that cleans they’d say “your sister is too young to clean” and when I ask about my brother they say “he’s a boy and he will have a wife to clean for him”. I’m like a modern day Cinderella and I’m not even exaggerating. I’m currently doing my GCSE’s which is a really big exam and they don’t let me go to the library. Because my parents are working, I’m practically their babysitter. I haven’t gone out with my friends in 6 months and I feel really trapped. At this point I feel like I’m not a human being. In fact, my friends have made an inside joke that I’m a ‘slave’ because I AM A FUCKING SLAVE. I am an A* student and I never get into any trouble but they are never satisfied with me. My brother is always getting into trouble at school, not turning up, shouting at my parents yet they are satisfied with him. They constantly buy him whatever he asks for. I’m here with an iPhone six (I’m not complaining I am extremely grateful) that is constantly lagging and barely works. HE HAS AN IPHONE X yo. I’ve asked them to buy me a new phone but apparently ‘I don’t need it. They treat me like I am gum on the bottom of their shoe. Ive gotten so suicidal to the point where I pray to die in my sleep or get run over. I was going to overdose until my little sister ran into my room to hug me which made me burst out crying. In two years when I turn 18 I’m leaving this fucking hell hole. I don’t see the point in living at this point 😔

Third concern: I relate to this except the part of physically fighting my older brothers and not having my mom. I understand that things are difficult for him but he should be considerate. My parents are always like this, they yell at me and treat me way different from my brothers. Things have been very hard for me. I have major exams at the end of the year and I always have to study, my personal life is falling apart, I haven't eaten for about a month due to stress, I barely sleep. My parents don't see my pain. I get that they work all the time and they are busy but what about me? They don't even listen to me, whenever I want to express myself, religion is always mentioned and I can't fight against the word of God. I can't do anything, I couldn't even pick my own subjects that I needed for the career that I want to pursue. They look down on me and have this image of me and I am the complete opposite. I hate the fact that I have to lie to them so that they don't hurt me verbally. It hurts, it hurts so bad that I'm crying while typing this. I love them so much but why can't they see how much their words hurt me, why don't they listen to me? I understand what it's like being misunderstood, that has been my whole life. I know I'm only 16 but my older brother is 20 and he's been going through the same thing too for his whole life. It hurts but I love them soooooo much.

- The couple from the first concern will probably get a divorce, maybe not now, but later (sorry trying to be realistic). If the wife keeps on coping with everything she'll explode one day too because every person has a limit. That's why the husband has to change. He'll regret it for life once he loses them. He has two beautiful children and a caring wife there is no reason for him to be acting like this. I hope they figure out the situation immediately because the children are getting affected negatively. - As for the second concern.. Ufffff... The guy needs to come back to his right mind. You're not 16, you're 37, so act like it bruh. It's true when the Arabic proverb says "when you're 40 you're at the prime of your youth" but that doesn't mean you can act like an immature teenager. People like him are what make me think 7 years of studying and suffering to become a medic is completely fine because after that period I'll have a stable job that I've worked hard for and I love. Once the mom is gone he'll regret it forever. - The third concern is very close to home. As my dad and mom are divorced, I live with my mom and let me tell you I am thankful. If my dad got our custody, me and my sister would probably be in the girl's shoes. She does all the chores because she's a "girl" and she's the "oldest". It's heartbreaking that instead of teaching them how to cope with their mom's loss he is hurting them. I hope the dad stops discriminating between the children for many reasons. If he doesn't, the eldest daughter will be scarred forever (more than she already is) while the other two won't learn how to be responsible and will forever rely on others. I'll be rooting for all three and hoping that the problems can be solved.

Ironically everyone who is mad about the gender biased in the third concern is biased themselves. We don't have enough information to judge atm. We don't know who is telling the truth, how many hours or what kind of work the father is going through. What the father said about girl doing chores is uncalled for, but the rest of the siblings has cram school but she probably didn't. We should hardly say anything about the third concern except there is too much lack of info and its tragic when the mother passed away.

The husband in the first concern is simply far too immature to be a father. He's completely disinterested and see his wife and children as a burden. If he could walk away from the marriage, he absolutely would..........and he wouldn't regret it either.
