I've watched Guga for years. This video is spectacular and really kicks things into high gear. When he deep fried the chicken in bone marrow it was like a season finale in your favourite show. The payoff was huge!

Sweet God, the amount of work and dedication that went into the creation of these masterpieces speaks to Guga's legendary status as a Chef. The red bun, so perfectly round... The use of bone marrow all throughout, even in FRYING. This is the one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever seen.

The steak dust is actually called meat floss,and has a lot of variety like chicken, pork, beef, and fish, and it is very common in Asian food, I had been eating it since I was a little kid.

we call the beef dust as beef floss, we also have pork, chicken, shrimp floss and usually wrapped with spring roll skin and deep fry them. very popular during the Chinese New Year

I tried making compound butter for the very first time after watching Guga make some. I used bone marrow oil, salt, butter and truffle powder. OMG the stuff is amazing!
