This particular list went 2 and 2 at two locals and had an online winrate around 55% (6wins and 5 loses, mixed opponents most wins were against sakazuki), all and all not a bad last but I am still brewing and have another list I played being showcased Thursday, it's a bit more of a for fun list though it has a better win rate than this one.

I mean sure you don't like sakalucci but are playing 80% the saem decklist? it's just a worse version.

I don't dislike sakazuki at all, I just enjoy Rebecca a lot and am trying to figure out her best list into the meta decks. Also if there is a lot of Sakazuki's floating around Rebecca is a good match up into him, she wins that match up about 80% of the time from my own testing across multiple lists. She is worse vs yellow but yellow is just a hard matchup for everyone right now.

The gameplan is play the attrition war, he wants to play a removal game and so do the builds I make for rebecca. The big advantage we have in this game state is that we draw two cards a turn most of the time and he only draws one. Outside of that develop an early attacker like a kyros or borsalino blocker(in this match up he is an attacker if we have another blocker in hand) that have to be bounced and cant be ko'd in combat without multiple attacks or don investments, this will cost him the ability to develop a board state as easily and have to keep digging for hound blazes. Poke with this one character while you take turns removing each others boards, tax counters out of his hands with this attacks and force him to have to rebuild every turn and you will win in late.@@Jogiking

Thank you for the detailed answer! very helpful indeed :) so would you say that the extra draw is almost mandatory? i played rebecca for the first time yesterday at locals and lost to sakazuki because i thought to myself to better play the aggressive part and went first to get out a kyros turn 2, sadly saw no rebecca searcher and he managed to hound blaze two of my kyros right after playing them so i wanted to study the matchups right after! you have been helping me tremendously with your videos so far, please keep up with the amazing work :)

Happy I could help, don't worry about having to beat him early, you have a strong late game and the advantage you have is that you always get two cards a turn for 1 don meanwhile he has to cycle cards or use more don for that extra card. Maintain as much board threat as you can, one of the key cards in the matchup is sabo because it makes it very difficult for him to clear a board that can't be ko'd@@Jogiking
