Welcome to this Guided Astral Projection using the Wake Back to Bed Method with Affirmations. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease.
This astral travel guided meditation takes you through a classic OBE technique, called the wake back to bed method (WBTB). This does require a bit of extra effort and discipline, but the pay-off could be great. This technique is highly effective. We’ll be combining it with the use of affirmations, which doesn’t rely on visualization.

The first step is to go to bed as normal and set your alarm to wake up after 6 hours sleep. That means you’ll ideally be listening to this after you’ve woken up from 6 hours sleep. Of course you can listen to it at any time if you want to work with the affirmations, but to get the most out of this track, consider listening upon waking from 6 hours sleep. Some authors suggest practicing after 4-6 hours of sleep. Personally, I have found 6 hours to be the most effective and it’s also what Robert Peterson suggests in his latest book “Hacking the Out of Body Experience.”
The second step it move to another part of your home, that’s not your bed, like your sofa or guest room.
And finally, settle in and simply listen to the guidance of my voice.
I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a set of affirmations to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

This astral projection guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.
My voice will fall away after about 35 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself whatever experience you are having.
This guided astral projection can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones - it uses a track with gamma waves (40Hz).

This astral projection meditation is a combination of 3 things: 1) The wake-back-to-bed method (which is highly effective, but requires discipline and motivation!). I suggest you try after 6 hours sleep, but see what works best for you! 2) The use of affirmations, which don’t rely on visualisation. Finally, a technique if you find it tricky to visualise! 3) Gamma frequencies! I’ve been waiting to use these - they’re quite subtle, but really powerful. I'd love to hear how you get on if you do try it! Travel well, my friends ✨

i have been trying to astral project since 1992! YOu are the first person with a guided video/audio that helped me get CLOSE. I got ONE hand out of my body last week! it felt amazing! gonna keep trying! God Bless!

I do it on accident. I had a man walk up to me in full fishing gear and ask me what I was doing there and why I didn’t have any pants on. I thought I was lucid dreaming until he started talking to me like I didn’t belong there. He kept asking me where I came from. How I got there. I told him that I was dreaming and then he told me that he was calling the police one me. Thankfully it didn’t last more than 2-3 minutes top. 😂

It happened to me in the 80's. All I could feel was my head and my neck. I layed down on my bed and felt myself rising. I was thinking I was going to touch the ceiling and I would see my body so I decided to move. I didn't feel myself go back into my body I just felt my body again.

I have a quick question that I hope doesn't come off as inappropriate. I found that since I started attempting to astral project, my sex drive has gone through the roof. I'm certainly not complaining since my libido could use a boost. I haven't even been able to make it to the vibrational stage yet, but I'm wondering if there is a connection between this practice and sexual energy. Hope it isn't a weird question. Thank you!

I am far from an expert. Still learning to do it myself, but when this happens to me I just recognize that it happened and attempt to focus and relax again. It was a pretty common occurrence when starting out for me, and that helped/helps.

When I started meditating years ago I had the same issue. My mind would go back and forth and staying focused was hard. My teacher told me to do my meditation at bedtime with headphones on and I would fall asleep. He said that was just as well as even though you sleep you will still benefit because your brain still works and retains. I have gotten better at meditating but I still feel the full effect when I wake up. I just put it on auto play through the night. Unfortunately we are in times when even the best meditator’s minds can’t shut down to relax, but know the brain retains!! Hope this helps you out! Namaste! 🙏🏻
