This meditation is a guided healing practice that will give you 3 powerful tools for healing that you can call on at anytime, or so that you can come back to this meditation as many times as you need in your healing journey. If you are reading this description and this message has found you - I just want you to know that you are not destined or designed to suffer, you're not being forgotten or overlooked by the divine, you're not being punished. In my journey I have seen that so many gifted healers, psychics - spiritualists in general - have faced serious or chronic health issues on their paths. It's one of the most common challenges we face in our evolution and awakening because it forces us down the path of learning, healing, clearing, etc. All of the healing methods you learned simply because you HAD to (and maybe never would've otherwise) that now become a superpower you can share with the world . That in the process of pursuing a specific type of healing (mental, emotional, physical, etc), you in your TOTALITY heals - let's say you're focused on healing a physical illness, well as you channel all these healing practices into your vessel you end up healing your mind, your heart, your soul, your ancestry, the WORLD. And the healing journey often comes with adopting new habits and practices into your life - such as eating cleaner or eating more nutritious food and therefore nourishing our bodies and improving mentally, physically, and emotionally - or working out or being outdoors regularly and sweating out toxins, etc - this clearing out process allows us to STRENGTHEN our spiritual abilities. In my personal journey, my focus was on healing so many mental and physical afflictions - one of which was being so sensitive and allergic that I spent two years with full body severe rashes. And when you're in that place, it's hard not to get caught up in feelings of self-pity, defeat, lack, hopelessness, "why me" - and yet looking back now I see that when I was forced to clear everything out of my diet for that time being (all of which I've reintegrated back in with no issues) it cleared my being inside and out for the purpose of being a clear channel - which led me to my life purpose and life's work not much later. Every single method that I get to share in my meditations now - were methods I was "forced" to develop over years of battling crippling depression, anxiety, OCD, and the list goes on. Your deepest darknesses, your worst struggles, become your greatest gifts. Don't give up and don't give in, because there is a light at the end of that tunnel - no matter how dark it may seem wherever you currently are. You've got this! I love you!
