Enjoy this guided mindfulness meditation on positive mindful habits here on the Mindful Peace Journey KZfaq channel! I strive to create the best and most healing, peaceful, and calming guided meditation sessions on all of KZfaq. This session will help you to recognize your habits and be present with them when they arise. You have the power to create positive change to support your well-being. Meditation can be a fantastic self-help and self-care routine for you to do every day and/or night. You can focus on cultivating mindful habits with intention and purpose. By bringing mindfulness to our habits, we can begin to make conscious choices that align with our values and goals. This guided meditation session is 14 minutes long: 12 minutes of the session are guided, while the remaining 2 minutes are ambient music to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep. Note that you may want to turn the “auto-play” function off on your KZfaq player.

Just some constructive criticism: the male narrator talks and overexplains a little too much, not giving us time to process what he’s saying.
