This afternoon was my first time at doing this beautiful meditation. I have a few things to work on.Getting my head in the right space with anxiety,stress & trying to loose some weight. I have looked into Chakra work before,but i wasnt really ready to connect with it. Finally having just tried this i feel wonderful. I am just unsure how often i should practice this meditation & how long to continue working on it. Any help really would be greatly appreciated.
