20 minute guided mindfulness meditation without music, voice only.
This 20 min guided practice helps us pay attention to the present by focusing on the sensations in the body and the natural state of breathing. By doing this, it helps clear our minds of rumination, stress, anxiety, and depression by paying attention to the present moment.
We don't have to become our thoughts.

I've been searching for 38 years for a meditation video that allowed my body, mind and soul to be at peace with it's self. Thankfully I just found it. The meditation has allowed me to welcome the silence and the pace, the long pause and no music in the background. It was then I was able to embrace natural sounds and rhythm my body which was a beautiful experience. I can’t thank you enough Declutter The Mind😌🧘🏾‍♀️

I've tried several guided meditations on the web. This one has been the most effective for me so far! What I like most is that there are long periods of complete silence. Not having any music helps. The instructions are sparse and simple.

The best part is no distracting music. I have tried many other meditations but every time same music just did not get me anywhere.Thanks for this quiet method to quieten the mind.

Excellent guided meditation. This is exactly what I was looking for. I personally find ones that are faster-paced and/or feature music somewhat self-defeating. This style is perfect for me!

This is one of my favorites. Give gentle guidance but then allow me to do it, to practice it without an overabundance of talking. Excellent.

not sure that this was needed. I'm not so busy that the opening instructions for how to do this meditation need to be skipped. I feel that perhaps you need more meditation in your life, Daniel C, so you can free up those excessive 28 seconds and make them count. :)

Sorry I have to give it a thumbs down. The reason I'm giving this in a bunch of other ones thumbs-down is very simple I have major problems breathing through my nose I can only inhale and exhale through my mouth everytime I hear inhale through your nose I had to turn it off because I can't do it so I have to try and find something else. I end up usually using music which doesn't help that much because of my key guided meditation that doesn't require breathing exercises
