Emma don’t give up, I too have suffered from depression and have pulled through. These meditations do help. Just know that you are a beautiful person inside and out with a wonderful soul. You were put on this earth for a reason. Look in the mirror and look at the beauty God created because He made you perfect ❤ Keep your chin up because God has something special coming your way, I absolutely feel it. I listen to this every night. I attempted to go to sleep without it once and I was tossing and turning for 40 minutes. I played this and went instantly to sleep. It helps me bring my attention to my breath. To relax and focus only on my breath. Thank you. It takes a team to build an empire. The pandemic was a prefect eye opener to really see how life can be without the usual income steam and every one had to sit at home 🏡. Well I never felt it because of my investment in a crypto trading company where I earn 4 figures weekly. The best one can do for himself is to invest more and spend less

I'm glad you said "the law of attraction which is always available to us whether we are aware of it or not." First time ever hearing this and I really believe that as I now understand how it works though I only recently have become knowledgeable of this whole concept. I've maintained a positive mindset about my health and wealth my entire adult life and now I realize that the law of attraction has worked in my favor all this time.

I love most of jasons meditations,but especially his guided sleep ones, his voice is so soothing. I've had some very trying times in the last three years and they continue at times to be very hard,but all these manifesting calming meditations jason publishes really help me realise, the more positive I am,the better it gets, its been a slow road but the more positive I feel the better the situation I'm in gets, one step at a time. Thank you, Jason. I really want to get back into meditation, crystals, yoga and just being happy to be alive. I suffer from severe depression and tried to kill myself last year. I haven't worked since then and I hope I can love life again someday. I hope I can attract a new female cat into my life. I've been looking but haven't yet found one near me or for a good price. I have been listening to Jason Stepheson for over a decade now. If I pause listening to videos like this my life slowly just becomes a bit duller, when I get back to them things just start falling into their place. Jason, your meditations literally are the ONLY meditations that I've been able to stick too. I desperately needed a change in mindset and I now have that. I've struggled with severe anxiety, mild depression, nightmares, for years and I can't describe what a change in loving yourself and calming your inner dialogue does for your life. Ive been having some amazing positive shifts in my life manifesting, affirmations and etc. I passed out to watching a video on something else completely. And woke up to this. How i made it here ?. Id say by divinely guided here there are no coincidences. I believe i was guided here to listen to this by spirit i had some pretty powerful dreams and woke up like wow once i woke up a little i heard this playing and read the title and started reading the comments. Im half asleep writing this still. But this will be saved in my Playlist. Love the positivity here ❤ wishing you all the very best 🙏😊 now im going back to sleep😂😊

I listen to one of your meditations every night. It’s the only way I can calm my mind and get to sleep. My identical twin boys suffered with DUCHENNE MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY. I lost Nicholas in 2018 and. Christopher 12 months ago . So I thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💔
