Thank you Venerable. I was looking for a guided Tonglen Meditation as I have recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer and wanting to use this as an opportunity to further develop and deepen my practice. Wow Wow Wow just realized this was in Bendigo at the Stupa which is my 'home' Centre xxxx

Really important constructivly painful meditation,I agree that human selfishness, ignorance for some and atomisation of awareness creates unbearable, unimaginably terrible animal suffering and it's up to us to stop this right now Don't think it's true or helpful to think the animals created this suffering also from thier self cherishing mind from any lives We are lucky we can work with suffering to the good for others, not sure if blessed precious animals are able to process theirs
