When our dogs have finished their formal guide dog training at one of our regional centres across the UK, they’re then matched with their future guide dog owner to begin their class training and learn all the important skills to become a successful partnership. In this video, Angharad Hartnell, Guide Dog Mobility Specialist, discusses the seventh step of the journey of a guide dog: creating new partnerships.

I used to dog sit a retired guide dog he had got so naughty in his old age he would let himself out the house wander off down the road to the pub to scrounge chips in beer garden.
