I have Dave's chest holster, for a short barreled S&W 44 mag. I plan to get another for Sig P320. I would highly recommend them. You can stake your life on it!

Well i bought one,..... Hello i just received my Guides Choice Holster and i love it. You made it extra length for my lone wolf barrel on my Glock 20SF and the fit is perfect. The holster is thick top quality leather and i like the adjustment you have for lowering the holster if you have a tall upper body i had to adjust mine 1 hole lower which i was very glad i could, there was No charge for making my holster longer to fit the custom barrel, again thank you for making a great product in America

I just got mine a couple of weeks ago. It took about 2 months to get it but worth the wait. I love my new Diamond D chest holster so much I will make a video about it in the future. Diamond D is the best!!!!!!!!

You will love the Guides Choice Chest Holster. You don't have to have a jacket to use this holster. It easily adjusts over whatever layers you wear.

I love my Diamond D chest holster for my Glock 10mm. But, I much prefer and ordered a traditional leather “snap” strap to keep my gun secured. Love it!

I have one of these that my Nephews bought me about two years ago. I'm in love with this chest rig. I wear it for camping and hiking in the woods of Central Kentucky. My 586 S&W and my Winchester 30-30 are two of my favorite wilderness companions. Yes, I too agree that you are an attractive Granny. If I lived where you live and if you were single, I would definitely ask you to share a Caribou Steak grilled over an open fire.

Yes, both of my Nephews are great men. They know they'll each get one. One will get a GC Holster with a .357 Mag S&W Revolver. The other will get a .44 Mag S&W Revolver and a GC Holster. They must work out who gets which one on their own. As far as the Caribou Steaks: I will do the cooking of the Steaks. the Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob but I'll let you do the Cole Slaw. I prefer Vinegar Cole Slaw, but up there Mayonnaise Cole Slaw will work as well. I'll also do the cleanup and the breaking of Camp. Isn't dreaming great?

Can't we buy Caribou Steaks in your local Grocery Store; like a Kroger or a Piggly Wiggly? Do you have an A&P? I loved their roasted freshly ground Coffee.

I do not think it is legal to sell game meat in the US. Africa is another story. You can purchase wild game meats of all varieties in the shops. That is one reason hunting is so important. The animals belong to the land owner. Much of the game meat from hunting in Africa, along with the fees, goes to the locals. That is also a reason poaching is such a problem. We are told animals are poached by people just trying to feed their family, not true. Most poaching is organized, for profit, selling game meat in the cities. Lots of corruption in African nations.

Are there any other options besides the plastic snap connectors? They are the weak link in a quality leather holster such as this.

I have two G.C. Chest Holsters: one for my S&W 586 and one for my Remington R1. I am one happy Camper, Hiker and Hunter. IMO, these Holsters are money well spent.

Is this holster made for subcompact glocks? It looks very nice. I live in Ohio and want to carry while fly fishing. Coming out after dark I worry about two legged predators.

So is it out of the question to wear this underneath a zip up sweat shirt or jacket for concealment? Would it bulge and be too obvious?

The only thing I don't like is the plastic snap together clip, they do brake then you are done. In the cold the clip can brake easier. My wife had a fanny pack that the clip broke and no way to put a new clip on without a large sewing machine and I could never find the clip to buy.

Wow, so sorry about your problem with the clip. Have you contacted them directly? They seem like they would make this right for you. I have found clips at fabric and craft stores with sewing notions and buttons. Perhaps you could take it to a shoe repair or luggage repair shop.

Wife just bought a new pack but what I was pointing out is the money paid for the rig , it should have steel or brass rings and buckles. Plastic does brake often . But I may buy one for my 460 Rowland pistol and give it a try.

I would buy one if it had a thumb break. Hammer spur retention is more of a liability than a feature. The button flap version of DD holster requires two distinct movements.

Very shocked to find out they don’t make a Chest Holster for a Chiappa Rhino 60ds, or any Chiappa for that matter. They’re supposed to be a “Custom” shop which I thought meant making something that is not mass-produced in a machine but, hand-made.

AlaskaGranny I did ask the woman I spoke with and she said “We don’t have the mold to make your holster’.i was surprised because as you said yourself, I thought they would make ANYTHING.
