Unlock it from the housing then brush your hand sideways & bang it a little. Till it's clean also wear a mask.

JR Wood & Metal if u read instructions it says if suction if not strong but the power sounds loud to check the floating valve under the filter

Honestly not a clue, mind was fine straight out of the box. Maybe send it back & get another?

JR Wood & Metal mines working but just trying to find out where that Valave would be , don’t it say on last few pages of intructions about it suction is not as strong as strong to check the float valave I guess it’s for when the vac has reached full capacity of the water it will stop sucking otherwise will over fill

No, it's auto. Means when you connext a tool it turns on when the tool is powered up.
