I was looking through a cook book and was reminded of Brown Bread. Boston Brown bread uses equal parts Whole Wheat Flour, Rye Flour and Corn Meal. For my Guinness Brown Bread I will be making some substitutions.
Ingredients
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 1/2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Guinness
pinch of Salt
1/3 Cup Molasses
Flavor
I used Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Star Anise, All Spice and Clove
