I have the CXWAWSZ (T-92) which seems to have the same UI and also uses the V Band app. It seems that the watch can play audio from my phone through the watch or it can play the audio stored on the watch, BUT it seems the watch can't be used to control the audio on the phone. Is that right? I like to play music from my phone through a bluetooth speaker and it's nice to have the controls for that on my watch, but this watch can't do that, correct?

You've got ten fingers and only four watches? You're not even half way there! If one of those four isn't a watch you take to listen to for calls, music, downloaded podcasts, etc., or use to make voice notes to yourself, then you're missing out. Even an Android smartwatch with voic recorder apps isn't as good as this one for clarity and loudness, and none of the Android watches also have earbuds.

I'd recommend this one, hands down, and I usually refrain from recommendations as everyone has different tastes and feelings about features in a watch. This one, with the great speaker AND earbuds, really does it for me. I'm considering growing another arm to accommodate it. Not a long one, mind you, just something short I can use to push my glasses up when they drop to my nose from time to time.

I find that many smart watches have a terrible music control user interface, some don't even have volume control. Many have the annoying habit of going back to the watchface screen after a while, making the task of skipping tracks and adjusting volume an issue if you are jogging etc. By the looks of the video, this one returns to the watchface screen also. (I want a watch that I can store music on (in a playlist format) and play it via BT connected speakers... for use in an exercise class. Unfortunately you can't get any idea of how music playback works from sites)

Haven't fully tested battery life, but I did leave the voice recorder function running all night and then some, just to check if it really could record a long time. Full charge lasted 10 hours of recording. Another night I ran it 8 hours while the watch was attached to the charger, and it worked fine.

What do you think is the best affordable digital watch right now? (I am thinking weightlifting, since most watches do running and bicycle tracking and gps, when I need cardio, blood sugar, calories) thank you. I mean a good digital watch for sports, specifically workouts at gym, weightlifting. That's what I meant. It doesn't have to be dirt cheap either. Thank you for your amazing videos, still looking through them.

Probably my 5th video I've seen on the T93, and yours is the most in depth. However... i noticed you purposely skipped over the voice control portion, as all the other videos did. My suspicion is that you ran into the same issue as me (it doesnt work), and you edited that part out of the video for some reason. I've allowed all permissions, done everything imaginable, simply cannot get voice control to work while the watch is paired to my Galaxy S20+

Best I can do is remind you to check your carrier that it uses the GSM network, like AT&T and T-Mobile, not Verizon. Also confirm the watch will work on the bands supported by your carrier, that being 2G, 3G, and/or 4G (none support 5G yet).

I must have got an older model. it claims it has bt5.0 connectivity and everything however the earbud audio is VERY choppy. its weird because its most definitely not a bad signal it must be something internal in the watch but the audio completely drops for lets say 8ms and turns back on for 8ms then off again and it keeps doing that. I cant update the firmware either. I also tried different Bluetooth audio devices with same results so it must be within the watch.

Wow, sorry to hear that. Thanks so much for the feedback. A couple of people have mentioned problems with the audio dropping out. I didn't experience that, but it may be an issue since it's being reported here.

I seriously wouldn't recommend swimming with any integrated watch/earbuds smartwatch as none of them have been designed foremost as a swimmer's watch. If you choose to try it (any of you) please let us know how it goes!

Because you can set time directly on the watch, there's actually no need to pair it with the phone app if you don't want to. Most watches get the time setting from the phone's time after pairing with the app, so for those watches you do need to use a phone app.

Make sure you have this exact T93 version. It's a totally new design with some advanced processes in it. I didn't have time to go into detail about the earbuds themselves in the review, but you can learn more in the product listing.

The earbuds on mine won't charge after a few months, and they were making a loud beeping sound.
