I was playing gh2 and stumbled across this song just casually playing I did not know this song was in the game I was shocked and in awe of how badass it was that this song was in the game.

they did this cover so dirty by not at least having a rhythm track (for audio, not a rhythm chart instead of bass) for the intro, the shrill guitar tone and bass sounds so fucking funny dude

I love the cover and the original version. Considering I already heard of A7X from Madden 06 with Bat Country and I could always play this at home? I didn’t even mind for covers as a teenager it made me like the songs even more in the game and the actual recordings of said songs.

The guitar in it was sloppy AF too. You can hear a fuckup at 2:07-2:09, 2:19-2:24 sounded off. It was just shit in every way.

I agree, but i think they nailed the chorus. The singers voice fit well in that context. But the rest doesnt have the same fire as the original.

This version is very good, yes, it is true, it does not exceed the original, but M shadows leaves a very high bar but I prefer to stay with this one, the high-pitched voice I like it better

Guitar Hero II is a masterpiece. This cover is not. The voice and the guitar tone are out matched by Rebecca Black. 🤪🤣 I am not kidding. I would rather listen to “Friday”
