Great review! It's nice that your emphasis is on the usefulness of Guitar Rig as an extensive, general effects system. I started out many years ago using Guitar Rig for everything EXCEPT guitar. 😄 Thanks! By the way, you probably already know this, but "LoFi" or "Lo-Fi" is a short, quick pronunciation of "Low Fidelity", where the "Fi" part rhymes with "High", or "Lie", so it's pronounced as "Low Figh", or equivalently, "Low Fie".

Thanks! My thoughts exactly, Guitar Rig is like a modular fx system now:) Lo-fi It is probably because of the way we used to pronounce hi-fi in Polish;))) Thanks for pointing that out. I can't promise I won't make that mistake again, but I'll try ;)

@@PoloTremolo Ahh, interesting. "hi-fi" - high fidelity - is the same then due to how Polish speakers pronounce that vowel sometimes. Actually, it's really no big deal. Everyone understands you perfectly regardless of how you pronounce it. Hah!... Just wait until you have to correct my million Polish mispronunciations. 🤣

Thanks Polo. I just discovered your vids, then subscribed. Your musicality, groove, and communication skills are crushin' it. I'm a veteran music-maker, and learning a lot from you. Bravo. With respect, I have one suggestion...You're a soft-spoken guy (like me). When you cut from your comments to sounds, the audio levels jump big time. If you could level-correct, compress, whatever is needed, that would help a lot. Especially for viewer/listeners like me, using headphones. It would save us reaching for our volume knobs so much. Keep up the good work. Michael, from Nashville

Hi Michael! Thanks a lot for leaving this comment. Nice to hear you liked the video:) I am mostly into electronic music, so I thought I pull out some of my preview tracks I've done in Maschine. I think I might have prioritized the music too much and my voice is a bit too quiet - I will check the levels next time and hope to find a better balance:)

Guitar Rig has always been wonderful to process everything! A great FX quality and chains!

Exactly, for the long time Guitar Rig seemed a bit overwhelming and complicated to me, but since I learned to use the new plugins (incl. Driver, Freak, Raum etc.) I learned to appretiate it more and more. And now, with the new tree view of plugin chain programming is a breeze :)

do you get Guitar Rig 6 sounds and others?

I am sorry, I did not know the answer and forgot to reply. I think you'll find some similar presets but it seems to me like the preset base has been rebuilt - but you can import them, see NI website: support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209584169-How-to-Import-User-Presets-from-Older-Versions-to-Guitar-Rig-7
