This music video for "The Crusade" (2018) was re-uploaded with them when they re-edited the music video for "Shadowmaker" (2017). The melody of this song was suddenly conceived by former leader Miho (bass) while watching an Iron Maiden concert.

LIVE is the only real way to appreciate these insanely talented musicians. With a crowd, Asami turns into a Napoleon stage general while the band ups the level of explosive playing in response. They are like AC/DC in their heyday as far as energy on stage. No doubt, like AC/DC after a show, you are deaf for hours, hoarse for days, and exhausted for a week. Best thing in a long time to come along and many of us old timers really love this group.

Since you are proceeding down the rabbit hole of all female Japanese bands you may want to check out Band- Maid. Like all other female Japanese bands the musicianship is top notch and their live performances are phenomenal. I would recommend either domination live or Dice and Hate live from Lalapalooza.😊

1st verse sounds like Be Quick or Be Dead from Fear of the Dark album

This song is from their EP released in 2018 so not exactly new 😄. Miho was the bassist and the pronunciation of Miyako ends in "o" not "oo" .😊😊

It kind of gets buried in the mix but Miyako is tapping through all of the choruses, you can really see and hear it on the live video.

This is not a new song, it's a track from their second EP "Battle Against Damnation" which was released back in 2018.

You are right when you said about IRON MAIDEN. 👏With the song "The Crusade" (lyrics - Miho / music - Miyako), the ladies expressed respect to IRON MAIDEN. IRON MAIDEN is one of Miho's favorite bands. In an interview (May 2017), Miho said that Steve Harris had the greatest influence on her. And that she wants to be a bass player like Steve Harris.
