great video thank you. if using the audio inputs which might be coming from another audio systems output there is a millisecond delay. does the system and allow you to sync the two so that they are brought back in to alignment?

how can you keep an android phone screen on using the Roland? I have the samsung galaxy s9+ and it works great until the camera turns off. I have been keeping it hooked up to power but that is not keeping the screen on.

This is a shout to Austin, the manager of Mesa Arizona store. I hope to get this comment to his bosses all the way up the chain and or those involved. I had some issues , almost each purchase I've made there was either no case sent when indicated otherwise , items not as described etc...The last order I made last week was for an item I saw on their used section. Keep in mind I never complained or caused a mess over these other orders as I just let it go.. Anyway I was sitting scrolling through used list and came across an Ibanez SA120. It showed in the pics it had crunchlab and Liquifires. Modded and to be sure I scrolled to the description and indeed said , Included crunchlab and Liquifire. Well, I was still not sure and called my son and he said "dad I called them and they said yes the ad is correct " so I jumped on it. Guess what happend ? I get it and first thin I see is INF1 Inf2 installed. I lost it. I went scrambling through the app to find the number and the add. I had screenshots from sending my son and all. I could not get the store number off the box and couldnt find the store it came from but I looked again on box while on phone with support in a pannick. I lost it on that guy but tried so hard to be cool. He asked to check the box again when I did I had just peeled back the sticker. There was the number. I calmed myself down a bit. Deep breaths with memories of every order now that went wrong before and never mentioned it. So the guy answers and I release as calm as I can and he says hold up man. I'm a sales man let me get my manager. Austin the store manager would answer. I tell him basically about how this guitar specifically had pics and description showed the pups in the ad. That's the only reason I got it as it made it a steal. He followed up well presented. He asked me to hold while he looked. While he was looking I decided to look over the guitar and I noticed the neck was slightly off where someone may have quickly pulled the neck with the strings still on to hot swap the pups. I would not be able to say for sure but one way or another someone got those pups. Ok...So he says YES. I see the ad. You are right. He also tells me about their policy and how they price based on the model not what in it. I agreed that is a great benchmark for keeping things affordable etc. I kept thanking him for his patience and apologizing as I meant no disrespect but I was pissed. I was hosed again. Mad at myself for knowing better. However I kept at it. I was sold a product that did not reflect the ad. This is 101 business practice. So he took my side. I truly appreciated 1. He listened. 2. He never asked me to calm down and he stayed reserved. He then in return kept me calm. He said 2 things. Either 1 ship new set of pertruccis or 2 half off and free shipping. The 1st being a probable no go but he had to get permission which I totally understood. Anyway I said yes 1 sounds great and I thanked him. Over the next few minutes after he emailed his boss and let me know he would be I touch , I decided to check the guitar over. Again. Yes the guitar was indeed hot swapped as I saw the wiring and the strings were not lined up on the guitar but I could tell the guitar was quickly reset so the strings were all more to the edge of the top high e over the more space from bottom as though the neck needs to be reseated. The night I would toss and turn over this. I was so upset. I got up and emailed corporate services. This isn't like me. The main issue was, I had been messed with so many times with these people shipping and missing Parts etc I had to try to make sure I told them too that I had pics to prove this and please understand this manager was very helpful and that I only wish they will allow him to do this for me. To once and for all put this behind me. Well the next few hours he calls. He also got the email. He informed me he was calling to tell me he was sorting this out for me and sending me a no cost the brand new set of pups described. He said the email he had just gotten after he already was going to fix this. So....Please. I beg of the people at this company to honor this guy with a plaque or something. He was very professional. I feel bad but at the same time this was a rough experience that one man alone handled and I just want him to know I am very pleased. Thank you Guitar Center! Mesa AZ store manager Austin.

I am looking at this for a tv show where there will be a co-host and myself and up to 2 guests which means 4 mics. Is there a work around for the 4 mics?

Hey was wondering if I can have just the audio from my line in playing over top of any video input I choose. In others words cam 1 no audio just audio from line in?

Can I have no fade between the cameras?

I just took delivery of (2) of the VR-1HD's only to find out there is NO multi-view preview. You can't preview a source before taking it to program. I emailed Roland just to make sure I am not going crazy, and they confirmed - no multi-view preview. Their response "This model does not have a multi-view, that starts with our 4 input models.". This makes it completely unusable for me and completely shocked this CRITICAL feature is missing which a $ 299 ATEM has. Very disappointed.

This could of been produced better

2 mic inputs. Total failure device just on that fact. More xlr and this would be a decent device. At the price of 1500. Ill stick with obs as my switch. The gimic of multi voice without tc helicon like add ons... Another fail. It seems like roland did not get a good look at what streamers need, They took a guess and built it
