I'm trying to digest this EPIC news. And the fact Carl Magnus Palm is now writing a book about the comeback is incredible. Only a couple of years ago he was saying they'd never return. I mean, what will this group of 70-somethings SOUND like? What will they sing about? We know they would never release anything they're not 100% happy with but will it actually be any good? It's actually incredibly daring.

@@grantc61 - No hugely popular Group has ever taken a 'Break' for several Decades, and returned with an entire New Album. It really has never happened before. Not by a Group, who have been away as long as ABBA. It is a huge risk. But, they are talented enough to succeed.

@@grantc61 Both Frida & Agnetha still both sound amazing. A couple of years ago Frida re-recorded (in Spanish) her vocals for a duet of Adante Adante so vocally the new music will sound great

If this is really true. I will take back any doubts I had on the abba songs I had. So I will wait(again) to see an official statement from management or abba themselves

As much as I would love a new album, until I hear it from one of ABBA or Gorel Hanser, I won't believe it.

Amy, there IS new music coming. In 2017, ABBA actually returned to the studio to record two new songs, “I Still Have Faith in You” and “Don’t Shut Me Down". They will be part of the new release that Janne mentioned in my interview.
