So many cases are registered against his father since last many years. He is living a lavish life without any consequences. NOTHING will happen to his son. Police will deliberately make “small” mistakes that Tathya’s lawyers will use that to prove that he is not guilty. And just like the 2011 Vismay case, this guy will be out on bail and everybody will forget about the case.

What kind of lawyer this guy is! You can not put anyone in the jail if he or she is sitting in a passenger sit. Only a Driver is responsible for driving, It is a sole responsibility of a driver to drive the vehicle safely and follow all the traffic rules. We never consider people sitting in a passenger sit as a driver and make them responsible or share the blame with driver. If it is like that then if a bus gets into accident then all the passengers need to share the responsibility and face law. This guy needs to learn a lot in terms of law.
