इस रेसिपी की समग्री / INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE इमली की खट्टी-मीठी चटनी : इमली - १।२ कप (१.५ कप पानी में २ घंटों तक भिगाई हुई) गुड (कूटा हुआ) - ३/४ कप काला नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १ छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच खरबूजे के बीज - १ चम्मच पानीपुरी का खट्टा मीठा पानी : इमली की चटनी - ८ चम्मच बूंदी - २ चम्मच धनिये की तीखी चटनी : धनिया के पत्ते - १ कप पुदीना के पत्ते - १/२ कप हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई अदरक - १ इन्च काला नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच जीरा (भुनकर पीसा हुआ) - १ छोटा चम्मच नीम्बू का रस - १ चम्मच पानीपुरी का तीखा पानी :- धनिया की चटनी - ३ चम्मच जलजीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच बूंदी - २ चम्मच हींग - १ चुटकी Tamarind Chutney Tamarind - ½ cup (soaked in 1.5 cup of water for 2 hours) Jaggery - ¾ cup Black Salt - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp Cumin (roasted & powdered) - 1 tsp Black Pepper powder - ¼ tsp Muskmelon seeds - 1 table spoon Pani Puri Sweet & Sour water Tamarind chutney - 8 table spoon Boondi - 2 table spoon Coriander Chutney Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - ½ cup Green Chilli - 2, chopped Ginger - 1 inch Black Salt - 1 tsp Salt - ½ tsp Red Chilli powder - ¼ tsp Black Pepper powder - ¼ tsp Cumin (roasted & powdered) - 1 tsp Lemon juice - 1 table spoon Pani Puri spicy water Coriander chutney - 3 table spoon Jaljeera - ½ tsp Boondi - 2 table spoon Asafoetida - 1 pinch
