Gulf Harbors is an unincorporated community urban community in western Pasco County, Florida, United States, near New Port Richey; however, the community has not been a census-designated place since 1970. www.mylifegulfharbors.com/inde.... A fantastic Gulf front community beach can be yours when you live at Gulf Harbors. The private Gulf Harbors Beach Club for members, at a low yearly cost ($144/yr), features super facilities, charcoal bbq grilling areas, and tiki-style huts with picnic tables. It is really depends on the location (just like in many cities) In 16 years of living there never experience anything bad

NPR F crime yes but not in deed restricted communities,. If you choose to live in a non deeded community with no HOA next to a meth lab that's YOUR CHOICE ! I am a recent transplant and as a retired disabled veteran I could not have found a much better community than Gulf Harbor's. Sometime you have to dig into the details, reading is fundamental.

@@salex9825 Liviabilty Scores are rock bottom.. I have lived on the ocean all my life and never lived in High crime F really LOL Yes I have researched all over the US in places I haven`t looked at .This is NOT a great place maybe for homebodies ... OLD OLD People ... Get outside your box..

Gulf harbors is lucky because the near by pier at keen reives Park Newport Richey FL is made out of inferior grade wood that is not just more experience in the long run but is becoming very dangerous, I just did a quick inspection and I found large pieces of wood missing. And they used inferior grade fasteners ! This is substandard for residential duty. Why does this town get substandard materials ? With so many $ 500000. Home's near by and they can't afford to keep the children safe with all that tax money ,, what an outrage. We don't even get Cyprus mulch in the play ground like other cities we get pine chips full of sap . Well, we did get a very nice aluminum and railing . And they did a few patches on the intrance road but didn't. Do everything. And after only complaining for about three years that someone was trying to kill people with the gates, they will replaced it , and their was a speed limit sign that was way too fast for the area next to where the bike rider got killed by a vehicle , well some complaining got it removed. That mistake should have prompted a review of the area and then they would have moved the stop signs with the wrong amount of set back . I can go on and on. The lights at Sims park to cross the road are a total death trap , as so many people don't know to stop and will hit the pediatricians. Fdot is not making repairs and people keep getting hurt including my self. Don't worry , when a handycapt person has to citizen arrest a terrorist causing car and bikes to crash, the police arevright behind me to let him go ! I guess I should have arested the police too , The police and fire department use military technology and they can't even figure out the obvious ? The bike lane is also sabatodged , due to the over lap of pavement in the middle of it. Is this stuff that difacult to figure out or do they want us to die or be injured ?
