Here in Australia, when the jetter doesn't work its magic, we use a big industrial wet/dry vacuum cleaner, take the hand piece off the hose so that the hose its self can be jammed down the gully and pull its self in under suction, once the clog is sorted, we empty the broken up contents of the vac back down the unclogged gully/man hole. Cheers for the rabbits, from down under. 👍

Guessing they Y junctioned somewhere before the man hole and the blockage is just probably just before the main. Happens a lot when the do repair work on main sewer here in the states.

Easy fix for this get the camera down there with the good old set of drainage rods. Or my favourite gully tanker suck out the water more often than not it’s an object causing the blockage it also releases water pressure on objects which can clear themselves. The water is recirculating so if I remember right from me dad who was a builder of 50+years and used to build drainage systems before plastic fittings took over old fashioned brick and mortar . The block is probably something daft and solid like a brick or tap root
