i think his Q-upgrade stacks are too high. It takes too long to get 225 stacks and until then you dont deal enough dmg

his kit is meh to be a traditional adc, it needs retuning, W is useless slow does not make sense to overall champ design, Q needs more range so that you won't be that suceptible in teamfights i mean pointing a single target Q on a 5v5 and when enemy has tools to instantly engage on you, maybe just make it a skill shot just like Ezreal Q.
