On most of the challenges like this, I always feel bad for Jamie for trying not to pick bad things. He’s a cool boss of every Vat19 employee and he’s a badass for encountering many gross and scary outcomes on challenges.

I’m Mexican so I have had cow tongue before, and I can say from personal experience, if you didn’t know it was a tongue, you’d probably just think it was steak. The only reason it tasted so bad to them was the way of preparation. When you put it in the slow cooker over night, it’s AMAZING

In Mexico, eating tongue is normal. You eat them in tacos, so when you order them you ask for "tacos de lengua" or tacos of cow tongue. They are actually good xD
