@@nightm1me It should be unintentional or at least natural. You can create it, but layering sounds and tapping ad nauseum is really not what it is. Whatever floats your boat, I guess, but a lot of "ASMR" is too far removed from what it started out as. I think the label ASMR is partly to blame.. as if it's some kind of activity you can participate in... as opposed to a natural reaction to something calming.

sorry about your ankle! when I took a sports med class they told us to do RICE: rest ice compression and elevation. when the swelling goes down a little bit more you can also alternate between warm and cold baths, I think that helps speed up healing. finally, once it's mostly healed and you feel comfortable supporting weight and walking, look up some stretches and exercises for your ankle-- it will help strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments around the joint, help improve your range of motion, and help prevent a re-injury :))

Not every day is going to be great🥲but is also true we can choose to see the good in the bad days too! it can be something not to much to other people but to us it could be and it’s okay! Hope your ankle feels better! Rest, ice, compression, and elevation should help it heal, but from when I was bedridden from a shattered foot, I do have some ideas from my physical therapist that got me walking again. Once you have the strength, do ankle rotations and draw the alphabet with your foot with strong ankle movements to get that strength back. Start with what you know you can do and keep going from there. I hope you feel better soon!

I recommend some devil claw gel or that kind of ointment when you do compression as well, it helps with the swelling and numbs the pain a bit! I recently torn a ligament in my finger. PAIN

Rest your ankle on a ziploc bag of ice wrapped in paper towels (direct contact of ice on skin will just cause it to be damaged) and ideally overtime it should feel better :-)

Stay off your ankle, ICE (ice, compression, elevation) but one super important thing people forget, alternate ibuprofen and tylenol. Swelling is most of the pain. With ICE and alternating medicines you will be better in no time!
