Axl killing it as always, what an awesome voice. GNR is Axl, he is the soul of GNR. I loved the original line up, but DJ Ashba is an amazing guitarist, and can play Slash's solo's beautifully.

GNR на все времена! Ставьте их песни молодёжи, и они Вы удивитесь скажут "это реально круто! И будут петь их песни! Я дочери 13 лет поставил против современной музыки и ей понравилось, а т.к. она скрипачка (приобщайте детей к музыке!) разучили и сыграли дуэтом! Если что видео в профиле дочь 13 лет играет GNR я счастлив в такие моменты!

Nice I was at the show in 2018 - right between the World Cup semi and final at the Luzhniki... the show was at Spartak Stadium.. honestly maybe the best week of my life!

@@spectrumz43 It’s like you can’t win either way. The reunion lineup is great for diehard fans because they get to see their beloved Slash and Duff, but the downside is that Axl can’t really sing without turning into Mickey Mouse. In the pre-reunion lineup (2006-2014), Axl’s voice still had a lot of power, I think he still sounded great. But obviously, the diehard fans can’t stand the lineup just because it’s not the same as it was in the 90s.

Я начал слушать GNR в 90-м году, когда они первый раз приехали в Москву и AXL выскочил на сцену под Chinese democracy, у меня 35-ти летнего, как девки сыкунявой мурашки появились, говорите что хотите про GNR они как были лучшими, так и остались. И им совершенно замечательно без Слэша, Дафа и Стивена, я бы вот только Иззи вернул бы.

i know, i listened to Axl and Izzy and the most known facts about this song. Quote-"I was sitting outside the Roxy, and you know, I was like really in love with this person, and she was realising this wasn't going to work, she was doing her things, she was telling me goodbye, and I like sat down, and just started crying, and she was telling me 'don't cry'. Next night we got together[Axl+Izzy] and wrote the song in 5 minutes. He'd been through some things with her, himself".

Rot ! Mouth. My first word in Russian. Fantastic range! No chance tabbing that voii. It's all guitar slides. Needs a fletless guitar to copy the melody! Fantastic range. So, can folks hear that range. Or, it's actually mainly in one octave again? Just, he doesn't sing one note for each syllable he is like starting on. G and ends on. Maybe not. I got it. I tabbed the lyrics. It was easy actually because I heard this before maybe. I have a passion for this song!

Well it was written before Slash joined but whatever you want to think, Axl had just been dumped by Izzy's ex and Izzy thought he'd come round to kick the shit out of him but Axl said I've written a really sad song and Izzy said i've written some sad music too man and that's how GNR started. :) That is the story.
