Axle doesn't play the keyboard. Dizzy reed played this version. Look up estranged, it's just as good and he has a solo in the song.

I bought the sheet music for this song way back in 2000. This was the first full song I learned on the piano. I can’t read sheet music on the fly while I’m playing, so it takes me a bit to transcribe what I’m reading to the fingers. I’ve played guitar since I was a teenager (probably early 94.) The sheet music had the song transcribed note for note, through the whole song, except it was in the key of F major. On the live CD I bought in the late 90’s, it was played in F major. Then I’ve watched very many versions of this song from different concerts and I’ve heard Axl play it in both keys. Either way sounds magical, I just thought I would share this because I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s noticed this and thought that they’re crazy. Cheers every one. Sorry so long. 👍

How long did it take you to finish? Or did you only learn one part? I learned the intro, first verse and chorus in bout half a week.. got the intro nice and memerized just getting the verse and chorus memerized... then on to the last part

In the outro part at some point of Slashs solo Axl Rose is seen REPEATEDLY SLIDING THE PIANO 3 4 TIMES. It can be viewed clearly in the music video as well as in the live concerts. Any idea from which key to which key he might be sliding?

@@OldAussieAds No mate I didn't. I've found similar plus I've downloaded the score by Tyler Rosen and am adding it to synthesia via musescore. Will take a while though! Check the Tyler Rosen version. It will blow you away.
