I Was 12. I'm Brazilian and of course we didn't have the album here yet. But I had some rich friends that they brought back from their travels. I borrowed it and listened to AFD for a week straight. I pity the neighbors.

Agreed, the tempo/pace of this version during the second transition in particular is so much better than the studio version and most live performances of it.

Love it ❤The reason he didn't sing that much is this song, is because he left the stage two times 😅 you most try " Coma" the live version from Chicago 92.That song is so special and so underrated 🙏 he's voice is perfection.

Axl left in the middle because he couldn’t hear himself. He described it as a jet taking off sound in the building that night. Slash goes to find him, he comes back then at the end you see him throw the mic at the sound guy because it was so terrible haha somehow it was all very rock n roll still. Axl was singing so high here to try and hear himself over all other noises. A lot of singers had to do that back in the day when they were in a poor acoustic setting

Rocket queen you could have reacted to from Tokyo 92 AXL is singing a lot at this show. just to remind you here in Brazil it's where they have the most fans and I'll be at Rock in Rio once again watching them this year. Guns n Roses here is so popular that even those who are from samba enjoy the most important sambista in Brazil listen to singer alcione, pericles and others.

Not the best live performance of the song as Axl doesn't even perform the final lyrics to the song. The best live version is Tokyo from 1992. Just be for-warned that there is a sexually explicit rap right in the middle of the song that is not part of the studio version. But the Tokyo 1992 version of the song is FIRE!
